Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the storage and preparation of the inventory and supplies for the Entertainment Department.

Your contributions will be essential in supporting the Entertainment Warehouse Manager and Supervisor, engaging in tasks such as processing pick-orders, receiving supplies, reviewing purchase orders (POs), monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating the shipment of goods from the warehouse to various locations.

Maintaining quality control standards will be achieved through regular inventory audits and the upkeep of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistical Management:
Work collaboratively with the Entertainment Supervisors to support Carnival Entertainment initiatives and projects, ensuring efficient communication and utilization of our systems to streamline workflows.

Partner closely with the Entertainment Warehouse Manager to manage pick-orders and oversee the inbound supply process.

Conduct physical inventories to monitor stock levels, equipment, and fixed assets, while identifying discrepancies and maintaining accurate records.

Inventory Oversight:
Manage all inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate entry into the inventory management system and proper storage once processed.

Track incoming pick orders generated through the IMS, issue fulfillment tickets, and reconcile system records to reflect actual stock levels post-shipment.

Operate a forklift as necessary to enhance the efficiency of inventory movement and storage.

Task Management:
Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to prioritize and execute tasks within specified deadlines, adhering to established guidelines and safety protocols.

Utilize knowledge of import-export logistics to facilitate the seamless flow of goods between the warehouse and other locations.

Team Collaboration:
Engage with other coordinators, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth operational flow, fostering effective communication and a collaborative team environment.

Maintenance and Reporting:
Ensure accurate maintenance of the Asset Panda inventory and ticketing system, along with all documentation related to logistical activities.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and report any issues within the logistical operations.

Deliver routine progress reports to the Traveling Entertainment Supervisors and Project Managers regarding task advancements and project statuses.

Work with the warehouse team to coordinate the movement of goods for special projects, ensuring an organized and efficient warehouse layout.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
Associate's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
Experience operating a stand-up forklift is required.

Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in using inventory management software and technology.
Expertise in import-export operations with a focus on cruise vessel logistics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment:
This position may require working indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying climates.
