Position Summary

Radiant Logistics Inc. is seeking a Global Logistics Operations Specialist to become a vital part of their team in Doral, FL. This position is responsible for overseeing all facets of international shipments while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in freight forwarding and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously while efficiently meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring precision and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Promptly and accurately address customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive pricing and quotations.
  • Ensure adherence to export regulations and internal protocols.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments.
  • Work in conjunction with team members to assist with workload as necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
