In this role, you will be responsible for managing the storage and preparation of inventory and supplies within the Entertainment Department. Your contributions will be essential in supporting the Entertainment Warehouse Manager and Supervisor, performing tasks such as order picking, receiving supplies, reviewing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and facilitating the shipment of goods to various locations. You will ensure quality control through regular inventory audits and maintain our inventory management system. Proficiently operate a forklift to handle and organize inventory safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Logistical Coordination: Work collaboratively with Entertainment Supervisors on various initiatives and projects, utilizing our systems and tools to ensure a smooth workflow that meets all operational demands. Partner closely with the Entertainment Warehouse Manager to manage pick orders and oversee the receipt of supplies. Conduct physical inventories to monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

+ Inventory Oversight: Manage all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate entry into the inventory management system and proper storage once processed. Track incoming orders and reconcile system records to reflect actual stock levels post-shipment. Operate a forklift as necessary to enhance operational efficiency in inventory movement and storage.

+ Task Management: Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to prioritize and execute assigned tasks efficiently and accurately within set deadlines. Adhere to established guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Utilize knowledge of logistics processes to facilitate the movement of goods between the warehouse and other locations.

+ Team Engagement: Work alongside other coordinators, supervisors, and managers to ensure seamless operations. Maintain effective communication with team members to clarify tasks and expectations, fostering a collaborative team environment.

+ Maintenance and Reporting: Ensure accurate maintenance of inventory records and documentation related to logistical activities. Conduct regular audits to identify and report any discrepancies in operations. Provide routine progress updates to supervisors and project managers regarding task advancements and address any logistical bottlenecks.

+ Warehouse Organization: Collaborate with the warehouse team to efficiently coordinate the movement of goods for special projects. Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout, adapting as necessary to meet changing inventory needs.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma required.

+ Associate's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar role.

+ Preferred experience as a warehouse coordinator or equivalent.

+ Required experience operating a stand-up forklift.

Skills and Competencies:

+ Proficient in using inventory management software and technology.

+ Knowledge of Import-Export logistics and efficient loading/unloading processes.

+ Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management.

+ Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and warehouse layout effectively.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

Regular movement throughout the warehouse is required, with the ability to lift over 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment:

This position may involve working indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying climate conditions and machinery operation.
