  • Engaging in a collaborative selling approach by working with a cross-functional team to develop tailored strategies that address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties include:
  • Delivering a comprehensive new business plan aligned with regional financial targets.
  • Collaborating with regional sales leaders to formulate a robust business development strategy.
  • Utilizing insights from advanced analytics to prioritize business opportunities.
  • Building innovative sales plans to capitalize on multi-segment opportunities.
  • Coordinating the proposal process for local contracts, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Reviewing sales objectives and results regularly, preparing action plans for improvement.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Staying informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position Sysco.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proven success in new business development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with prospective clients and secure new business.
