About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion for PEX, a leading provider of workforce spend management solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's mission to empower organizations to manage their payments-related activities more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to present PEX's solutions and value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our workforce spend management capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align on sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the mid-market segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficient in sales-related platforms, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, and ZoomInfo.
