About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager at US Foods, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers to achieve sales and profitability goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the foodservice industry and the ability to build relationships with customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication and value-added services.
  • Manage deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Collect accounts receivable and work with the credit department to resolve any issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and prices to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
Working Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, which may involve variable weather and temperature conditions. A valid driver's license and a good motor vehicle record are required.
