About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to join our team in the Pacific Northwest region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory management plan to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and forecasts, providing regular updates to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Previous outside sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
