Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Cutter. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, increasing sales and profit margin, and developing and implementing sales strategies for the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to increase sales and profit margin.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical support to customers and distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with internal resources, such as Product Managers, to support territory sales efforts.
  • Communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business opportunities.
  • Submit monthly reports to Regional Manager on target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of machining experience on both manual and CNC machines.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • An engineering degree or a certificate program from a machining trade school.
  • Strong technical capability to understand and recommend solutions for milling and tapping applications.
  • Ability to develop value proposition for Heritage Cutters products/solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Customer empathy/customer advocate mentality.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to use the Internet, Project Management software, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
