Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Prime Recruitment. As an Associate Territory Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our sales team in the medical device industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our company's medical devices and educating healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up.
  • Work with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to increase awareness and educate on our medical devices.
  • Provide in-home product demonstrations to patients and assist them with questions.
  • Assist the Territory Sales Managers with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Provide customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Preferred but not required: sales experience with in-person product demonstrations.
  • Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $65,000.
  • Commission opportunity of up to $3,000 per month.
