We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Industrial Sales Professional to join our team at Process & Power, Inc. in the Mid-South area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and developing existing accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present service solutions to customers, including equipment sales, repairs, parts, and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous outside sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals, from maintenance personnel to engineers and owners/managers.
  • Self-motivation and effective time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
