Senior Industrial Sales Professional

Our client, a leader in custom industrial solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join their team. With over 50 years of experience in fabricating bespoke solutions for industrial settings, they offer an exceptional work environment with long-term growth opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting with clients to discuss potential projects in industrial settings
- Evaluating client needs from equipment and building drawings and specifications
- Selecting the most suitable components and configurations to meet client requirements
- Managing installation labor costs and other project expenses
- Capturing key performance metrics and dimensions relevant to clients' needs
- Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset to generate leads and drive sales
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Application Engineering
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software
- Experience in P&L Management and contract creation
- Optional: Experience in plant management or contracting
