Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and contracts with county and state agencies.
  • Collaborate with community partners to expand services and develop new opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee inpatient management and staff, ensuring effective program operations and achieving financial objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in inpatient unit or intensive outpatient program management.
  • Preferred certifications: MFT, LCSW, Ph.D.
