Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in designing and managing individualized behavior programming to ensure the highest possible treatment outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Supervise direct 1:1 ABA service delivery
  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals on the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct monthly caregiver training and education
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children and families affected by ASD
