- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong working relationships with attorneys and staff across all practice areas and offices to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
- Integrated Marketing Efforts: Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated marketing and business development efforts that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years specializing in law firm marketing or business development; candidates with transferable skills and deep legal industry exposure are also encouraged to apply.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal industry dynamics and business development best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Design Skills: InDesign and Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
