We utilize a multidisciplinary approach to enhance our patients' quality of life through tailored therapy programs. We are in search of a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to oversee our physical therapy operations across multiple facilities.

Role Summary:

The Rehabilitation Specialist will be integral in coordinating, delivering, and supervising physical therapy services within our pain management facilities. This role may involve travel between our various locations to ensure consistent and effective therapy services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and work closely with medical professionals including doctors (MDs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to innovate and implement effective pain management strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services while maintaining high standards of care and adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with MDs, PAs, PTs, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and execute comprehensive pain management strategies for patients.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy as necessary.
  • Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding physical therapy practices and equipment.
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to remain updated on the latest advancements in pain management and physical therapy methodologies.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of the pain management services offered by the clinic.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred experience in pain management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with MDs, PAs, PTs, PTAs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Willingness to travel between office locations as required.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients experiencing chronic pain.
