Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Provide essential on-site support to the manufacturing team, ensuring effective security and fire operations, including staffing, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.
  • Participate in special projects and security initiatives, including audits and daily inspections.
  • Oversee daily security operations, managing contract security personnel and addressing performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security and fire safety protocols.
  • Act as Incident Commander during emergencies, responding to various incidents and escalating as necessary.
  • Enhance emergency response capabilities through effective resource management.
  • Coordinate security measures for VIP visits and assist in investigations as needed.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address workplace issues and improve security measures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement or military service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours throughout the year.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional desirable qualifications include:
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of security and fire operations.
  • CPR/AED certification.
