Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Sales and Operations to lead our team in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
• Manage branch operations, including sales, production, and administration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and operations team
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales and operations leadership
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Experience with residential construction and custom home building
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
