Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at manufacturing companies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its trends and challenges.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
