As a Regional Sales General Manager, you will have the autonomy to treat your sales territory as your own enterprise while contributing to the broader growth strategy of the brand and region. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of 4-8 sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Business Development:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives and enhance revenue within the designated territory.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, customer demographics, and market segments.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to assess performance, set goals, and inspire the sales team.
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing department to design and implement promotional campaigns and events.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding service and support.
  • Promptly and professionally address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.

Financial Oversight:

  • Develop and oversee the budget, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability metrics.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify cost-saving measures and implement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.
