Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our employees at BeWell Care at Home. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Write and distribute correspondence
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop and update office procedures
  • Assist with interviews and client assessments
  • Support staff orientation and training
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Google Office, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
