Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at Bramble Enterprises, LLC. As an Administrative Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing the company's general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized office environment.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage company calendars, scheduling meetings, training sessions, and interviews.
- Prepare and distribute company-wide communications, such as newsletters and announcements.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and events.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
