About the Team:
The Global Integrated Marketing (GIM) team orchestrates comprehensive, integrated marketing initiatives encompassing advertisements, sponsorships, brand collaborations, digital platforms, and events to elevate brand awareness, preference, and adoption of AWS services. The GIM Planning and Analytics team partners directly with GIM leadership to propel strategic initiatives and shape the overarching long-term marketing strategy for the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business or marketing strategy, consulting, corporate development, finance, or operations.
- 5+ years of advanced Excel proficiency (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.).
- Proven experience in making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including structured thinking and meticulous attention to detail, with experience in presenting to senior executives.
- Demonstrated sound business judgment, robust analytical skills, and a history of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing outcomes.
- Experience in defining business requirements and utilizing data and metrics to derive business insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Marketing or Finance.
- Proven project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing strategy engagements and assessing effectiveness in the B2B sector.
- Capacity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to achieve optimal results.
- Track record of successfully navigating ambiguous situations.
- Experience in creating financial models to evaluate the long-term value of investments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the labor cost across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is influenced by several factors, including market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company, and depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a total compensation package, alongside a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
