Disaster Recovery Specialist

At Crescens, we are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Recovery Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan. This role will involve conducting risk assessments, business impact analysis, and technical requirements gathering to ensure the resilience of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify potential threats
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain IT service recovery plans
- Provide disaster recovery advising and support to IT teams
- Identify Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) for IT systems
Requirements:
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and business impact analysis
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies
- Ability to analyze problems and determine root cause
- Proven experience in managing schedules, documentation, and communications
- CBCP Certification
