Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Response Specialist to join our team at Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for providing critical support in environmental and hazardous materials incidents. Your expertise in air monitoring, moisture mapping, and environmental sampling will be invaluable in helping us protect the health and safety of our clients and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency and natural disaster situations, providing critical support in environmental and hazardous materials incidents.
  • Conduct air monitoring, moisture mapping, and environmental sampling to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed, utilizing our in-house data collection app.
  • Assist Group Leaders and analysts in acquiring and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation.
  • Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance Program and Health and Safety Plan.

Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Functional or higher computer literacy skills in a Windows-based environment.
  • Experience and/or proficiency with industrial hygiene equipment desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to pass a company-supplied pre-employment physical and annual physicals thereafter.
