About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Select Medical. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients, providing high-quality care and promoting a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with a range of medical conditions, including chronic illnesses and critical care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and students, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in discharge planning and education to ensure a smooth transition for patients and families.

Requirements:

  • Current State licensure (or eligibility for State licensure) required.
  • Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
  • Some supervisory experience is preferred.
