Role Summary

As a Claims Trainer at Frontline Insurance, you will be tasked with the design, development, and delivery of training programs for our Claims Division. You will collaborate with colleagues to assess training requirements, foster uniformity in claims processing, and propose enhancements for increased efficiency. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to work harmoniously with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development: Assess training needs and create, develop, and deliver educational programs using various methods, including presentations, video aids, PowerPoints, workflows, coaching, mentoring, and other instructional materials.
  • Consistency & Efficiency: Encourage uniformity in claims processing and suggest procedures for enhanced efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of assignments and projects.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Oversee and assess claims processing, assist with Quality Assurance file audits, and contribute to the overall objectives of the team and organization.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about company protocols, claim-related statutes, insurance regulations, and other legal obligations.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in property insurance claims; experience in field claim handling and/or claims training is preferred.
  • Licensing: A Florida 520/620 Adjuster License is required, with the capability to obtain adjuster licenses in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and any other states within 90 days of hire.
  • Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, XactContents, Adobe, and Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Power BI). Familiarity with Guidewire is advantageous.

  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, use hands to manipulate, and communicate. Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. This hybrid role necessitates onsite presence, and occasional travel may be required.
