Role Summary
As a Home Solutions Administrator, you will be instrumental in optimizing daily operations to enhance productivity. Your responsibilities will include reviewing repair documentation, certifying policies, removing non-renewal flags, and executing various administrative duties with efficiency and precision. Proficiency in software applications such as ImageNow and Frontline Pro, along with strong organizational and communication abilities, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Workflows: Supervise daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Document Verification: Assess repair documents to confirm the completion of all necessary repairs.
- Policy Certification: Validate policies upon approval of repairs and eliminate non-renewal flags.
- Effective Communication: Draft clear and concise correspondence to policyholders and inform Underwriting of pending matters.
- Reimbursement Processing: Enter reimbursement requests into the Accounting SharePoint and monitor check statuses.
- Task Coordination: Efficiently manage a variety of assigned tasks to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ImageNow, and Frontline Pro.
- Organizational Expertise: Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to timely project completion.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to specialized software and tracking systems.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced office setting.
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; higher education is a plus.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic arithmetic operations.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions in various formats.
