Role Summary

As a Claims Trainer at Frontline Insurance, your responsibilities will include the design, development, and execution of training programs for our Claims Division. You will collaborate with colleagues to assess training requirements, foster uniformity in claims processing, and propose strategies for enhanced efficiency. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to work collaboratively within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development: Assess training needs and create, develop, and deliver educational content through various methods, including presentations, video aids, PowerPoints, workflows, coaching, mentoring, and other instructional materials.
  • Consistency & Efficiency: Encourage uniformity in claims processing and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of assignments and projects.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Oversee and assess claims processing, assist with Quality Assurance audits, and contribute to the overarching goals and objectives of the team and organization.
  • Compliance: Stay informed about company policies, claim-related statutes, insurance regulations, and other legal obligations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in property insurance claims; experience in field claim handling and/or claims training is advantageous.
  • Licensing: Florida 520/620 Adjuster License is required, with the capability to secure adjuster licenses in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and other states within 90 days of employment.
  • Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, along with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, XactContents, Adobe, and Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Power BI). Familiarity with Guidewire is a plus.

  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, use hands for manipulation, and communicate effectively. Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Work Environment: The typical noise level in the work environment is moderate. This hybrid role necessitates onsite presence, and occasional travel may be required.
