Role Summary

As a Home Solutions Administrator at Frontline Insurance, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations to optimize productivity. Your responsibilities will include reviewing repair documentation, certifying policies, addressing non-renewal flags, and executing various administrative duties with precision. Proficiency in software tools such as ImageNow and Frontline Pro, along with strong organizational and communication abilities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Oversight: Manage daily workflows to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Document Verification: Review repair documents to confirm completion of all necessary repairs.
  • Policy Approval: Certify policies upon approval of repairs and eliminate non-renewal flags.
  • Effective Communication: Draft clear and concise correspondence to policyholders and inform Underwriting of pending matters.
  • Expense Management: Process reimbursement requests and monitor check statuses via the Accounting SharePoint.
  • Task Coordination: Efficiently manage a variety of assigned tasks to support departmental operations.

Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ImageNow, and Frontline Pro.
  • Organizational Expertise: Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to timely project completion.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to learn and adjust to specialized software and tracking systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced office setting.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; additional undergraduate education is a plus.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions in various formats.
