Account Manager Job Description

OmniForce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within your assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Focus: Drive the sales of Reciprocating products, services, and parts, with an emphasis on reciprocating engines and compressors.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Solution Communication: Present and promote innovations and technology solutions to address customer operational challenges.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a sales strategy for targeted clients to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical sales support to ensure successful sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Microsoft Dynamics on a daily basis.
  • Travel: Commit to approximately 70% travel within the assigned area to engage with customers and support sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience with a focus in sales origination
  • Have knowledge of oilfield, production facilities, and compression operations
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers
  • Reciprocating compressor and engine experience
  • Results-driven leadership philosophy that utilizes an empowerment style to achieve innovative, continuous, and measurable results
  • Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Dynamics (CRM), Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Commitment to safety, customer service quality, and to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
