Job Summary and Responsibilities

The State Water Resources Control Board's Division of Administration Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Services Manager to join our team in the Business Operations Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process reports, documents, and other materials as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be highly detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
