Position Overview

The California Public Employees' Retirement System is seeking a dedicated Staff Services Manager II to oversee the Member Account Management Division, specifically within the Service Credit Purchase & Elections Section. This role encompasses leadership over the Costing, Elections, and Program Support Units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all operations within the Costing, Election, and Program Support Section.
  • Collaborate with fellow managers and staff on various branch and enterprise project teams, representing the Division effectively.
  • Guide subordinate managers in identifying operational efficiencies to mitigate backlog, while monitoring workload metrics and reporting to the Assistant Division Chief.
