About the Role

Flybridge Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving account growth and retention across the US.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Manage corporate accounts across the US, cultivating and expanding relationships with corporate liaisons.
  2. Issue Resolution: Anticipate client needs and resolve account issues by investigating issues/challenges, developing solutions, and collaborating with internal departments.
  3. Rollout and Renewal Planning: Develop and execute plans for clients that produce a high utilization rate for eligible participants.
  4. Client Engagement: Develop, customize, and conduct seminars, presentations, and meetings with existing and prospective corporate accounts liaisons or prospective members.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Proactively compile eligibility, participation, and budget reports for corporate account liaisons regularly and develop plans to generate engagement.
  6. Growth Strategy: Define growth strategy through analysis and interpretation of sales and utilization reports along with competitive intelligence research.
  7. Referrals and Business Development: Generate referrals from existing clients and support the Executive Director of Business Development to sign new corporate accounts.
  8. Professionalism and Independence: Exhibit a professional demeanor, using excellent telephone etiquette and positive interpersonal skills, and work independently with little supervision.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Account Management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
