The Customer Success Manager (CSM) position is dedicated to assisting our Marketing Solutions clientele.

In close collaboration with our Vertical Sales Teams, the CSM will guide clients through their onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of their projects, while serving as the client's advocate to resolve technical inquiries and challenges promptly.


Your Qualifications:


The ideal candidate possesses over 6 years of experience in customer success or delivery operations within the digital marketing or AdTech sectors.

You are adept at collaborating across teams to implement and execute customer solutions, utilizing digital platforms to meet client requirements.

You are meticulous and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. You prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain clear communication to set expectations. You are dedicated and take pride in contributing to the success of the organization and your team.

You consistently seek to establish repeatable processes and minimize data inaccuracies, while also being innovative and flexible in your approach.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or delivery operations.
Proficient in Excel with the ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas, and other advanced functions.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Comfortable with digital data support and/or digital advertising, with experience in client relationship management.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of managing multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including interactions with external clients and partner teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity. Experience in startup environments is advantageous.

Your Impact:
Once the client agreement is finalized, collaborate with market-facing teams to oversee client onboarding and integration activities.
Document and collect product requirements to facilitate client onboarding and integration of TransUnion solutions with partners and clients.
Ensure timely and compliant execution of deliverables.
Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance efficiency and collaboration with partners and clients.

Act as the voice of the customer within internal teams: gather and prioritize customer product feedback and communicate it to relevant internal teams for utilization.

Serve as the subject matter expert for both clients and internal partners regarding TransUnion Marketing Solutions products.
Assist sales teams in ensuring accurate and timely billing for your clients.
Log activities and events as necessary through TransUnion's internal tools (such as Salesforce) accurately and consistently.

This is a hybrid role, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Compensation Information:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $132,000. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s).

This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s).

At TransUnion, actual compensation is determined based on careful consideration of various factors, including (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
