Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in key markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers, including C-suite executives and technical leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to customers, highlighting the benefits of our life sciences products and services
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, including confidentiality agreements, preferred provider agreements, and pricing agreements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Business acumen, with experience in deal analysis, forecasting, and solution selling
