Job Title: Global Accounts Manager

Federated Hermes is seeking a skilled Global Accounts Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key RIA aggregator clients.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CIMA, CFA, and/or CPF preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, including experience with RIA aggregators
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of financial markets and industry financial products
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Must possess/immediately obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
