Job Summary:The Account Executive will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers, managing strategic accounts, and developing relationships with channel partners. You will play a critical role in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Conversion: Take ownership of sales-ready leads provided by Sales Development Representatives. Engage with prospects through calls, demos, and meetings to understand their needs and effectively present our subscription hardware solutions.
- Sales Closure: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Utilize consultative selling techniques to address client needs, overcome objections, and secure contracts.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts. Ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Channel Partner Management: Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to expand market reach. Identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure effective collaboration to drive sales.
- Client Engagement: Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients. Address their needs and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to understand lead context and history. Provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our subscription hardware products and the competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to position our solutions effectively.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics. Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs. Use this knowledge to identify potential opportunities and contribute to sales strategy development.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in closing deals for subscription-based products or services. Experience in hardware sales is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales, manage sales cycles, and achieve quotas. Proficiency in consultative selling and objection handling.
- Account Management: Experience in managing strategic accounts and maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Channel Management: Experience in developing and managing relationships with channel partners is desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with Sales Development Representatives and other team members in a collaborative environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
