Key Responsibilities of a Construction Sales Consultant

  • Implement our Hearth Expert Professional Builder Sales (HEPBS) methodology and tools, including Key Account Plans (KAPs) and Key Account Business Reviews (KABRs), to meet sales objectives.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and Signature Installation process to provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Effectively manage account strategies to optimize sales potential through both new business development and existing account engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within each account.

Qualifications for a Construction Sales Consultant

  • A Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred; a 2-year vocational/technical degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Self-driven with the ability to excel in an independent work setting.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record of effective time management.
