Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant

We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic Sales Consultant who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will reflect the values and expectations of our family-owned establishment and consistently aim to meet sales objectives while exceeding customer satisfaction.


Compensation:
$19 - $22 per hour, in addition to generous commission opportunities for exceptional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients
  • Regularly meet or surpass sales goals through effective merchandise sales
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience and expand the customer base
  • Keep clients updated on exclusive sales and upcoming merchandise of interest
  • Oversee store setup and closing operations, including managing the office area and ensuring the safe handling of jewelry
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal through basic maintenance and merchandising tasks

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential for success in this role
