About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Consultant to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and wealth management advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial planning and wealth management advice to clients, including retirement planning, education planning, investment management, and estate planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, and provide clients with expert advice on investment strategies and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other Schwab specialists and teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
  • Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license is required during tenure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
