Schedule:
Onsite work is required from Monday to Friday, with participation in an on-call rotation expected.


Work hours consist of two shifts: Morning from 07:00 am to 3:00 pm OR Afternoon from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am PST, with a rotation every 1-2 months. On-call support is available 24/7.

Position Overview:


As an IT Support Engineer II, you will leverage your technical expertise and specialized skills to assist, develop, implement, and enhance technology solutions.

You will manage substantial projects with minimal oversight that impact multiple locations within a region. Your role will involve resolving customer issues promptly during critical situations to restore functionality.

Additionally, you will actively broaden your knowledge base by exploring software design patterns, data structures, AWS technologies, and concepts related to distributed systems.


Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex IT issues without standard operating procedures.
- Organize and coordinate change management processes and templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to carry out projects.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback as needed.
- Automate repetitive tasks; develop or enhance small tools to improve team efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation.
- Engage in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Be available for high-severity issues outside of standard working hours.
- Work collaboratively with the team onsite in corporate offices throughout the week.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI).
- 4+ years of networking experience, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.
- 4+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies: Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, and SCCM.
- 4+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
- 4+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
- 3+ years of experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in driving IT projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Experience in supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with supporting video conferencing and teleconferencing equipment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or others.
- Ability to manage high-priority projects and convey complex IT concepts in straightforward terms.

Compensation:


The pay rate range mentioned is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to offer for this position. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and client requirements.
