We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to help make all this possible.

As a Tech Support Specialist, you will join an infrastructure team that's passionate about supporting internal customers. Here at Flexe, we believe that infrastructure drives innovation. What You'll Do:

  • Network Support. Monitor primary and redundant internet connections for reliability. Manage cloud-based email. Review and troubleshoot logs and related system reports.
  • Phone System, Conferencing, and AV Support. Ensure functionality of all phones, conferencing systems and overall AV support. Troubleshoot setup problems for staff and train staff in equipment usage.
  • User Hardware & Software Support. Maintenance of all computer/phone/printer/badge reader equipment, and the installation of all new hire workstations. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and ensure software and hardware have latest upgrades and patches as available.
  • Equipment Procurement and Selection. Monitor expenses, repairs and purchases of user equipment and software. Research and purchase required equipment and software at competitive prices.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in network management, desktop support, and the delivery and management of information technology services.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud based workspace tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and endpoint management tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, organization and time management skills.

The salary range for this role is $72,500 to $107,000 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package.
