Schedule:
Onsite Monday through Friday with participation in an on-call rotation.


Work hours consist of two shifts: Morning from 07:00 am to 3:00 pm OR Afternoon from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am PST, five days a week. These shifts will rotate every 1-2 months, with on-call support available 24/7.

Role Overview:


As an IT Support Engineer II, you will leverage your technical expertise and specialized skills to assist, develop, implement, and enhance technology solutions. You will manage substantial projects with minimal oversight that impact multiple locations within a region. Your ability to resolve customer issues during critical situations will be essential in restoring their operations promptly.


Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex IT issues without standard operating procedures.
- Organize and manage Change Management processes and templates.
- Collaborate with internal teams or vendors to successfully execute projects.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback as needed.
- Automate repetitive tasks; develop or enhance small tools to improve team efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation.
- Engage in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
- Be available for high-severity issues outside of standard working hours.
- Work collaboratively with the team onsite in corporate offices Monday through Friday.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft administration, Linux administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI).
- 4+ years of networking experience, including DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.
- 4+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies: Active Directory, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
- 4+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
- 4+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
- 3+ years of experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in driving IT projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with video conferencing and teleconferencing equipment support.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry-recognized certifications.
- Ability to manage high-priority projects and articulate complex IT concepts in simple terms.

Compensation:


The pay rate range is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to offer for this position. Compensation may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and client requirements.
