Position Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Helpdesk Analyst II. In this role, you will collaborate with the Help Desk team to provide technical assistance to ABC Legal's user community, both at our Seattle headquarters and in remote settings. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing escalated support requests and effectively managing incoming issues. Below are the essential skills and qualifications that will contribute to your success in this position:

Key Responsibilities:

IT Helpdesk Support
  • Configuration and setup of workstations
  • Administration of Office 365 and Active Directory accounts
  • Enhancing the user support experience
  • Management of IT assets
  • Collaboration with third-party vendors and support teams as necessary
  • Working closely with the Systems Administrator on the configuration and management of critical business systems
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or related position
  • Proficiency in supporting both Windows and MacOS desktop and network environments
  • Experience with remote asset management
  • Relevant job-related certifications (MCSE, Network+, or Security+) are preferred
  • Familiarity with security policies and a solid understanding of standard best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory (GPO/permissions), Office 365, and Windows Servers
  • Experience with modern ticketing systems (Jira preferred)
  • Ability to support a remote workforce effectively
  • Experience in direct customer interactions
  • Ability to maintain strong collaborative relationships with team members and colleagues
