Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our team at Pulmuone Foods USA Inc. This role will be responsible for providing in-depth category analysis to uncover key drivers of performance and offering strategic recommendations for distribution, assortment, shelving, and category growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance, to provide category insights and inform broader commercial strategies.
- Advance our analytics capabilities to generate insightful, actionable business strategies, employing a holistic approach.
- Participate in joint business planning development and line review sessions to enhance category growth stories for regional key customers.
- Analyze customer-specific display and promotional activities to understand efficiency and effectiveness of spend and impact to baseline sales.
- Assess external vendor, agency, and retailer platform capabilities to identify future solutions to develop and execute grocery channel growth strategy.
- Manage new product development for the retail channels and new product lifecycle, including SKU rationalization and PEM (Product Excellence Management).
- Establish core sales strategies and planning objectives to achieve sales goals and growth in the retail channels.
- Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience in consumer goods, preferably in food or other high-velocity impulse categories (FMCG).
- Ability to learn quickly, problem solve creatively, and communicate persuasively, with a drive to be a partner to the business.
- Strong oral/written communication and storytelling skills, with a focus on presenting data in a professional and organized fashion.
- Exceptional project management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in syndicated data sources, including POS and Panel data platforms, and retailer loyalty platforms.
- Specific consideration given to experience with 84.51 Stratum and/or Luminate.
