Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Pulmuone Foods USA Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing brand awareness in the WA, TX, Canada, Hawaii regions, and Japanese FS channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth in Asian Channels, including DSD and DIS channels.
  • Develop and capitalize channel strategies to increase and maintain company business.
  • Manage and promote strong customer relationships through partnership, understanding customer needs, and creating opportunities to introduce and promote existing and new products.
  • Analyze sales data and provide weekly/monthly sales reports to the Director.
  • Support customer and internal SCM division with initial order quantity and reorder point for import SKUs.
  • Work with cross-functional departments to recommend promotions for import SKUs and maintain appropriate product inventory.
  • Regular store visits are required for promotions and market research.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years previous experience as sales manager or rep, preferably in the food industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office with emphasis on Excel.
