Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Nuclear Technology Expert to join our team at JGMS Government Services, LLC. As a Nuclear Subject Matter Specialist, you will provide expert support for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration, Assistant Deputy Administrator for Research, Development, Test, & Evaluation (NA-11).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations on nuclear issues, including nuclear materials and nuclear devices.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of nuclear engineering, metallurgy, nuclear physics, or radiochemistry.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and interagency groups to identify and address vulnerabilities to U.S. security.
  • Write intelligence products summarizing changes in civil and military nuclear programs worldwide.
  • Respond to short-notice requests for information from DOE components and interagency groups.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 20 years of directly related experience, or Master/Doctoral degree and at least 15 years of directly related experience.
  • Must currently possess, or be able to obtain, a DOE Q clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background review required.
