Senior Server Administrator Position at Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier provider of strategic services for IT and operational needs in both commercial and governmental sectors, is seeking a dedicated Senior Server Administrator to enhance their team. This full-time role is situated in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Architect, implement, and configure enterprise-level server solutions across diverse information systems
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of assigned systems to enhance user satisfaction
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements to mitigate potential disruptions

Essential Experience:

  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software integration within extensive Windows environments, including virtualization technologies
  • Proficient in system documentation and troubleshooting methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience in the engineering and administration of Windows Server (2012 and later)
  • Familiarity with multi-forest setups, ADFS, DHCP, RADIUS, DNS, MS SQL servers, among others
  • Expertise in PowerShell, ADCS, Firewalls, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience
  • Compliance with 8140/8570 IAT II standards
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Core Infrastructure
  • Possession of an active Top-Secret clearance with potential for SCI approval

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as ITIL
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
