Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a highly experienced CBRN Policy and Strategy Subject Matter Expert to support the DHS FEMA, Office of Response and Recovery, CBRN program, under the Office of Emerging Threats Professional and Technical Services Contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and advice on current and emerging CBRN threats, leveraging in-depth knowledge of industry standards and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and implement high-level vision to influence objectives of complex efforts, collaborating with program/project managers and senior leadership.
  • Offer guidance on functional procedures, processes, and policies, reflecting detailed knowledge of CBRN areas.
  • Lead in-depth research in support of studies and analyses, assessing and analyzing key policy issues and nuclear security events.
  • Support tasks in CBRN research and analysis, policy and doctrine support, special projects, and planning support to the Chemical, Biological, Radiological/Nuclear Program Plans.
  • Provide specialized technical assistance and operational support, CBRN training and exercise support, and Interagency Modeling Atmospheric and Assessment Center (IMAAC) Program Support.
  • Support the Nuclear Incident Response Team (NIRT) Program and Regional Coordinator Support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area of expertise.
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in the specific area of expertise.
  • Previous experience supporting DHS FEMA is required, with DHS FEMA CBRN experience highly desirable.
  • A TS/SCI Security clearance is required.

The position is contingent on BryceTech winning a prime bid on the DHS FEMA CBRN: Office Of Emerging Threats Professional And Technical Services Contract.

The position is contingent on the ability to pass and maintain DHS Suitability.
