Inside Sales Manager Job Description

Breakthrough Broker, a leading provider of real estate marketing technology, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales specialists, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Mastery and Sales: Develop a deep understanding of our real estate marketing technology products and services, and actively engage in the sales process to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a small team of sales representatives, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the sales team based on performance and business needs, and develop and implement training programs to ensure new team members are effectively onboarded and equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions, and provide weekly reports to executive management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or marketing technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
